Existing Issues

Previous website was outdated, non-responsive, confusing and had no clear CTA. There was no doubt that potential patients were dropping off during website visits. 

Project Goals

Strategy

  1. Improve UI/UX on website
  2. Establish a brand aesthetic that felt more “fresh” and “open” and evoked feelings of growth and change
  3. Establish a clear and unified brand voice that would empathize with target audience. 
  4. Map out a patient sales journey from awareness to scheduling.

Implementation

  1. Conducted interviews with LW founders to better understand target patients and develop empathy. 
  2. Led LW team through Brand Voice workshop to establish messaging and get the whole team on board with communication strategy
  3. Redesigned and developed a new website with smooth UI/UX, including a HIPAA compliant form that new patients could fill out online (saving them time in the office).
  4. Rewrote content on website to clarify message and empathize with potential patients
  5. Redesigned and rewrote all marketing collateral according to brand standards to create a unified front. 
  6. Designed information architecture on homepage according to patient sales journey. Including a clear CTA and a soft, transitional CTA for hesitant patients. 

Results

  1. LivingWell increased their website traffic by 50% within the first few months
  2. Significant increase in new patients coming in via website
  3. LW has since doubled the size of their practice to accommodate their growth!
